Death Benefit: A $2,500.00 reimbursement from the Quebec government may be applicable if the decedent has contributed sufficiently.


  • Consultation of the prearranged funeral registry
  • Respectful and dignified transportation of the decedent
  • Temporary care of the decedent
  • Necessary preparations for presentation (decedent care, cosmetic care, hairstyling, and casketing)
  • 2-hour visitation and a 1-hour ceremony in the funeral home (including staff, transportation, and equipment)

Administrative Support, including:

  • Death registration
  • 5 copies of the death attestation
  • Cancellation of official documents (health insurance card, driver’s license, and social insurance number)
  • Management of death benefits and pensions with Retraite Québec (RRQ)
  • Transportation to the cemetery and equipment for the final resting place
